SCSS SYMPOSIUM 2012
Stem Cell Based Therapy
The Stem Cell Society Singapore (SCSS) is delighted to hold its 4th Annual Symposium on 6-7 September 2012 at the Biopolis, Singapore. This follows the success of its past 3 symposiums held in 2011, 2010 and 2009. Last year's Symposium saw close to 300 people who included scientists, clinicians, post-docs and students.
The theme for Symposium 2012 is "Stem Cell Based Therapy". We are confident that we will have 2 days of outstanding scientific presentations from key contributors from academic, clinical, and commercial organizations who are translating basic research on stem cells into therapeutics, with a focus on applying engineering technologies to provide medical solutions.
Topics which will be presented and discussed include clinical trials, hiPSC, drug screening, adult and cancer stem cell and Asian cell therapy. There will also be a joint session with the International Society for Cellular Therapy (ISCT).
